Chill Bud Return Policy – Keepin’ It Chill

At Chill Bud, we stand by our stash—but hey, sometimes things go sideways. If you’re not feelin’ your order, we’ve got a 30-day mellow-out window to make it right. If it’s been more than 30 days since your purchase? Sorry homie, that window’s closed and the sesh is over—we can’t offer a return or exchange after that.

Return Vibes – What’s Eligible?

To be cool for a return, your item’s gotta be:

  • Unburned & untouched (aka unused)
  • In the same condition you received it—no ash, no stank
  • Packed up in the original baggie or box it came in

🚫 Some things we can’t take back, no matter how chill you ask:

  • Perishables (like edibles, snacks, or, y’know, actual buds)
  • Intimate gear or health-related stuff (you know the vibe)
  • Flammable stuff (we’re into fire, but not like that)
  • Gift cards, digital downloads, and other one-hit wonders

Keep your receipt or order number handy—we’ll need it to process your return. And don’t go sending anything back without our approval, that’ll harsh the process.


Partial Refunds – When the Vibe is Off

We might be able to give you a partial refund if:

  • You clearly cracked it open and gave it a whirl
  • It’s missing parts or beat up (and not our fault)
  • It’s returned outside the 30-day grace period

Refunds – Back to Your Wallet

Once we get your return, our crew will check it out and hit you up via email. If we green-light it, your refund will bounce back to your original payment method within a few days (depending on your bank’s vibes).

If the refund’s taking a hot minute:

  • Check your bank again
  • Call your credit card company
  • Hit up your bank (they’re not always the fastest)

Sale Items – Final Puff

Only regular-priced goodies can be refunded. Sale items? Those are final—no do-overs.


Exchanges – Only if It’s Busted

We only swap stuff if it arrives damaged or defective. If that’s the case, shoot us an email at {email} and send your item to {physical address}. We’ll roll up a replacement and get it to you.


Gifts – No Awkward Vibes

If someone surprised you with a Chill Bud gift and it’s eligible for return, we’ll hook you up with store credit once we get the item back. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, refunds go to the original buyer.


How to Send It Back

Pop your return in the mail we will send you the address to return it to.

You’re on the hook for shipping costs, and those aren’t refundable. If we approve a refund, any return shipping will get deducted from it.

If you’re sending back something valuable, we suggest using tracked shipping or insurance—we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your package without it.
