Refund & Returns

Chill Bud accepts returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Defective products are eligible for a full refund or replacement at our discretion.

To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Custom, personalized, or final-sale items are not returnable. Shipping costs on non-defective returns are the buyer’s responsibility. We refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt.
